Does anybody know something about Already Gone currently?

Well,I guess you've heard the song 'Halo' from Beyoncé?It's very similar to 'Already gone'.Both songs are written and composed by Ryan Tedder(One Republic)Rumours say that Beyoncé heard 'Already Gone'somewhere and she loved it so much that she contacted Ryan and asked him to make her a song like that.He did so and 'Halo' was written.Now Beyoncé claims that Kelly stole it from her,but Kelly says she waited to bring her single out.I don't know if that's the reason,but currently I can't think of anything else.

I don't know why it disappeared, but the only thing I can think of is that KC's new single is out now, All I Ever Wanted, released March 9 2010. Is it on the Billboard Hot 100??
