VERY IMPORTANT HELP

OK, so my parents won't let me wear make up but I really really want to.I look at all the other girls at my school that wear make up and I fell really ugly. Besides, all I would wanna wear would be mascara and eyeliner. HHHHEEEEEELLLLLPPPPPP!!!!!
