What is EVERYTHING that i would need for these three things???
And if number 1 is the most important but if you could tell me things to do and things that i need for ALL 3 of them that would be GREAT!!

DON'T use eyeliner. Get an angled liner makeup brush and a black eyeshadow, then trace the design you want and fill it in with the eyeshadow. You can even put it on wet (you just put some water on the eyeshadow you are using and dip your makeup brush in it).
