After Michael and I went swimming and then went inside and I gave him my "payment" that I owed and we each took a shower, I officially got dressed and remembered that today was my sister, Alleana's birthday. She has been waiting for this day forever because she is finally 21. I don't really like that her reason she has been waiting for this day is because she can now officially drink. While Michael was downstairs, I grabbed my cell phone and called Alleana so she wouldn't think I forgot. As I was waiting for Alleana to answer, Michael picked up the house phone and was talking with one of his brother. After a few of him being on the phone, he started to get frustrated. That's Jermaine on the other end. What were they talking about. I don't know. After I dialed Alleana's number, I heard it ring twice and then her answer the phone.
"Hello?" Alleana said. "Happy Birthday, baby sis!" "Awwww. Thank you, Taylor. I haven't gotten a single birthday call today. I'm glad you remembered." I felt bad that it was 4:30 in the afternoon and I was Alleana's first birthday call. "Of course I remembered your birthday. I have something for you. When do you think you can come over?" "Uh. . . .I can come over around 7:00. Is that okay with you and Michael?" "Perfect. MJ can't wait to see you." "MJ? Since when do we give our boy toy a nickname?" We both laughed and I walked over to Michael and radomly poked his back. "I just thought I should give him a nickname. That's all. So I'll see you in a bit?" "Yep. Talk to you later, Taylor." "Bye, Alleana."
When I closed my cell phone, I noticed Michael was even more frustrated. What did his brother say to him? What were they arguing about? "Jermaine, you didn't say anything yesterday when we were leaving!. . . . Well how is it our fault that you didn't open your mouth?. . . . That's not true!. . . . Don't call her that!. . . . . Just because we weren't there for one day, that doesn't mean you have to hold a grudge and call us rude names!" I stood behind Michael and put my hand on his shoulder. "Fine, we'll be there tomorrow!. . . . . I said fine!" Michael slammed the home phone against the kitchen counter. "Baby, what's the matter?" He wouldn't look at me. "We weren't supposed to be here today. We were supposed to be with my brothers. There was rehearsal today and they canceled because of us."
"What was he saying that made you say 'That's not true' and 'Don't call her that'?" I wanted to know what was making my love so upset. He turned around to finally look at me. "He was saying that the reason why we didn't come is because you were convincing me to stay home so you could seduce me because you don't love me. You just want me for my money and my weakness is being intimate with you. He was calling you a slut that is damaging the family and you're damaging me. I didn't want you to know." I was appauled by what Michael was telling me. I believed him because that is something Jermaine was say if something didn't go his way. "Well, I don't care what he thinks of me. He's just jealous of us. He's jealous that I'm with you instead of him. All I care about is what you think of me." I gave Michael a loving hug and kissed the side of his cheek.
After I told him about my sister, I wanted to cheer him up from earlier. "Hey, I have an idea." "What?" "Well this is an enormous home and we like to act like kids. Why don't we play a good game of 'hide-n-seek' and 'chase'? Remember when we would combine those?" Michael had that smile that made everything better on his face. "I remember that game! Yeah! Let's play!" "I hide first." "Okay. To 20?" I nodded and started my way. "1. . .2 . . .3 . . .4. . ."
As I heard Michael's voice fade away, I went to our room and slid under our bed. I heard Michael come into the room and listened to him while trying to not make a sound. "Taylor. Where are you, baby? I'm going to find you!" I tried so hard not to giggle. I could hear Michael's innocence in his voice. It made me just want to poke my head out and say,"Here I am!" but that would have meant he had to chase me and I don't want him to collide into me like this morning. "Ooooh Taaaaaaylooooor! Where arrrrrrre yooooooouuuuuuu?" I saw his feet spinning in slow circles as if he was trying to think of where I could be if I am in this room.
As I was watching his black penny loafers walk across the floor of our room slowly, I started to scoot my body closer to the wall and deeper into the darkness under our bed. When I was scootching my body ever so silently, I felt a small item by my hand. I stopped to look at what touched me then back at Michael's feet. When I saw he left the room, I looked at the box then grabbed it. It looked like a little black velvet box, like something you would hold a necklace or a ring in. After I took one more look towards the door, I saw Michael come back in for some reason. "Okay, you have to be in here. Where are you, baby?" This time I held my breath. I wanted to make this real hard for Michael.
I brought my eyes back to the box and opened it. From shock, I broke the silence with a quiet gasp. Michael must have heard me. I saw his feet look straight in my direction. He started walking towards the bed. As I saw his knees touch the floor, I closed my eyes and put my head in between my knees as if I was praying that the man holding me hostage didn't find me. I was waiting to hear his childish voice say,"Gotcha!" but all I heard was,"She's not here." and Michael isn't a very good lyer around me so he truly didn't see me. I started to breath again and watched his feet as he started to head for the bedroom door. After Michael had left the room a second time, I brought my eyes back to this little item that made my heart skip a beat and all I could do was stare at the. . . . . .

Katherine Jackson tells TMZ she knows of NO evidence to support the conspiracy theory that people connected with the Michael Jackson Estate killed the singer.
A number of people, including LaToya Jackson, have suggested there was a conspiracy to kill Michael, and LaToya has said she believes Estate honchos were involved.
Katherine tells TMZ ... "It is only natural for people who loved Michael, including family members, to be suspicious about the circumstances surrounding Michael’s untimely death. So far I have not seen one shred of evidence that anyone associated with Michael’s estate conspired to kill him.
She continues, "If such evidence ever comes to my attention I will be the first to bring those facts to light. No one loved Michael more than I loved him, but no one should be falsely accused, as Michael was, of a crime they did not commit."

The mega-lawyer who successfully defended Michael Jackson in his molestation case is coming out swinging at Dr. Murray's defense team -- blaming MJ's death squarely on Murray because the singer was "not suicidal."
Thomas Mesereau went on MSNBC today -- and stated, "The defense lawyers have to do something and what they're gonna try and do is reflect attention away from their client and onto Michael Jackson."
He adds, "The reality is Michael Jackson was not suicidal, he was not self-destructive in the way they're trying to say, and hopefully their defense will not succeed."
For the record, Mesereau's "suicidal" statement is not accurate -- because according to our sources, the defense will argue that Michael MAY have accidentally killed himself after trying to self-administer Propofol ... but he was not suicidal.
Perhaps Mesereau's strongest comment -- "I'm sorry that the defense is going to have to bash Michael Jackson to try and divert attention from their guilty client."

The owners of the Neverland Ranch -- the former home of Michael Jackson -- want to turn the property into a teenage music haven.
TMZ has learned Colony Capital wants to develop a business plan to turn Neverland into a small music institute -- similar to The Juilliard School in NYC. The plan is to teach teens all aspects of music, including writing and performing.
Colony wants to turn the property into a campus, in which scores of teenagers -- rich and poor -- can learn the trade that made Michael Jackson a legend.
There are two big stumbling blocks. The first is making sure Santa Barbara County will sign off on such a project.
The second -- and bigger issue -- is whether Colony Capital can use Michael Jackson's name to promote such an institute. TMZ has good news for Colony .... sources directly connected with the Michael Jackson Estate tell us, "It's an interesting idea and we'd be open to it."

Not that we're trying to flatter ourselves, but don't people in Bahrain get TMZ?
AQ Business Consultants has filed a petition in the Michael Jackson Estate case, asking the judge for permission to belatedly file a creditor's claim, on grounds it didn't know there was a time limit in asking for money.
AQ claims it helped Michael refinance $320,000,000 in loans, for which it was entitled to a $3.2 million fee. AQ claims it's still owed $1.2 mil.
The deadline for filing a claim has passed, but AQ claims it didn't get proper notice.
Howard Weitzman, the lawyer for the Estate, tells TMZ, "I don't believe the claim has any merit but they're late in filing regardless."
But here's the thing ... TMZ is big in Bahrain, so what's the deal?

Katherine Jackson told Oprah Winfrey ... it was Dr. Conrad Murray himself who broke the news that Michael Jackson was dead.

On an episode of "Oprah" airing today, Katherine explained how everyone at the hospital was reluctant to tell her what happened to her son.
She says Dr. Murray took so long in explaining things ... she had to cut him off, saying, "'Well, what happened? How is he? Did he make it?' And he said, 'No, he's gone.'"
