ESPN is looking for Software Engineers to join their ESPN360.com’s Product Development and Operations team
Consider some of these exciting opportunities…
· Play a leading role in the design, develop, test and implement new java based applications that are used by millions of sports fans across the globe, every single day
· Lead development of new features and functionality for existing applications, recommend technical decisions for applications and systems
Members of the team must possess the below qualifications….
· Bachelor's in Computers Science or related field
· At least 2 years of related work experience
· Strong experience with Java, Servlets and Web applications
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including stored procedures, index strategies, and transactions
· Understanding of multi-tier web architectures and object-oriented design patterns and concepts
· Strong understanding of Transact-SQL (T-SQL) language
· Experience with JMS and MQ technologies
