What is the point of getting an email telling you to wait for another email? -_- Posted over a year ago

ANNOUNCEMENT:
People have called on the support line of Pottermore and they said that the site has a problem and their fixing it. The letters will take at least a few weeks according to them, because of the problem on the site wich it probably related to all the things happening around the UK and specifically London which is where the headquarters of Pottermore are. It's the fifth day, right? (August 4th here.) The site says the 4th day registration is closed...
