Please don't group all the girls as being impressed by love and having a boyfriend. Not all girls want a boyfriend or are interested/impressed by love.
Also..it depends on the girl really.
You don't speak for all girls. Some girls are lesbians or bi. You sound stereotypical saying that crap also. I'm not interested in being with anyone right now. I've got to work on things for myself before I consider loving anyone...I suppose next you're going to say why do girls like romantic movies? Lol do some research
I don't know... but i think it's a little overstated to put all girls in that category. taking into consideration the lesbians and those who don't care for love. but if you asking why the stereotype is that way, i'm just gonna say it's because girls are really emotion and have lots of depth in how they think... well, most of the time. and it doesn't get much deeper than love. as for the boyfriend part... that's more like a status symbol in the way it's being perpetuated...
but like i said, i'm not sure. i'm not a girl so i can't give a honest judgement on that...
I think from reading romantic books/movies/TV they think being in love and having a boyfriend will make them happy. But others can find happiness elsewhere or are just not interested right now. Like me, I'm not interested in having a boyfriend as I'm concentrating on getting a degree at university.
I have a boyfriend and I'm glad I have someone who will always protect me and love me for all my life....All girls need love, love is an important essence in one's life, it doesn't matter when or how or who you're into, all that really matters is that person has someone to care for him/her and someone to love.
Could just be how the other girls in their school act, or their friends. Those girls impose peer pressure onto other girls, or the girls that don't have boyfriends notice every other girl does.
A bisexual woman can like men or women-if she has a crush on a woman or is with a woman she's still bisexual because she sill wouldn't be opposed to a relationship with a man.
