Time for a workout P3

Just to test the brilliance of Sherlock's mind, Dr. Watson makes five people stand in front of him. Out of the five, only one is the truth teller and the other four are togglers which means they may tell the truth or lie on being asked. But on being asked again, they will switch which means if they told a lie the first time, they will tell the truth on second question and vice versa.

Sherlock is challenged to ask only two questions to determine who the truth teller is. He can ask both the questions to the same person or ask two different people. How will he determine who is the truth teller?

Uh.... Im not certain, but given the scenario if you ask them if they are the truth teller, the truth teller will say yes. The togglers that started by tellign the truth will say no and can be disregarded. The togglers that started by telling a lie will say yes.

Then i got a bit confused here, but given you cant repeat the same question and see who changes answers cause thats a bit cheaty, wouldnt something like "Who is the truth teller" work? Cause the truth teller would say himself again. The togglers who started with a lie will now tell the truth and say the original truth teller.... ..... Right? Or something like that? Not sure. The more I think about these the more I over think it.

Its kinda like the two paths split, one person in the center, one leads to liesville the other to truthsville, you can only ask one question and all thing.

It is just 2 questions. Not 2 questions per person.

You would ask one person the following question "Who are the 2 truth tellers"

If the person you ask is telling a lie - they will point out 2 people.

If the person you ask is telling the truth they will tell you there is only one truth teller and point out that person.

If the person you asked lied - then you can ask them the question again and then he / she will point out the correct truth teller.
