Well, it's simple. You just have to post any sentence you want (in english) and then tell the others to translate it to their native language.

For example:
Person #1: I have a little puppy.
Person #2 (speaks spanish): Tengo un perrito.

And so on

If you speak English and know more languages, you may translate the sentence into that other language. If you don't know any other language, you may post a picture of what it's said and go on with another sentence.
