That is Paul Saunders from the Canadian webcast known as LoadingReadyRun. They make short humorous video's each week, and one longer video each month called LoadingReadyRunners. In the episode of LoadingReadyRunners entitled "Viral" the cast decides to each make a youtube channel of viral videos to attract attention to themselves, believing that going viral is the way of the future. Thingsonmyhead is the result of said effort.
