Hey can you build a Skate park over by My house I live in the sacramento suburbs and theres a huge open lot Near My house

Theres a big lot over by My house and I would go and skateboard over at like a highschool but im not that Good yet and I dont have enough Room in My back yard to get Good cause My back yard in mostly grass the lot is up mariemont ave and all Thats there is dead grass a couple of bushes and a tree but its a mostly flat area
