South Park Question

I'm really sad, can you guys help me (and this is SP-related)?

Today, my brother and his friend were making fun of me saying that I talk about South Park all the time and I watch it all day long (which is not true). Previous comments from my family have almost driven me to tears.

How do you feel when/if people say that you're obsessed with South Park? Because, it really hurts me when people OTHER THAN YOU GUYS say it, like my family. How should I respond to these people?

But, my best advice (which i dont know if i can give good advice, haha) is to ignore it. that's what i do and then they stop saying it. i dont know if that would work for you though

Well I've learned to not really care what other people say or think about me. No matter what they say or do you shouldn't let them change who you are. You should just ignore them. I know that's what everyone says but trust me it works. I've tried it before and even though it's hard it's the best thing you can do to make them stop.
