I think he is straight. At first I thought he would be bi, but then I realized that he is possibly just exploring his sexuality like most kids do (honestly, who hasn't had a gay/lesbian moment?) and he just acted upon his urges.

He was attracted to Ms. Ellen in "Tom's Rhinoplasty" (also, in this episode, Wendy walked in dressed like a whore and Cartman looked very excited) and developed a crush on Bebe when she started getting breasts in "Bebe's Boobs Destroy Society." Plus, he developed a crush on Wendy in the episode "Chef Goes Nanners" and was upset when she said it was only tension. He admitted that he fantasized about Patty Nelson in "Le Petit Tourette." That's all I can think of right now, but I'm sure there's more.

But on to the homosexual side...he made Butters suck his wee-wee in "Cartman Sucks" and was hell-bent on Kyle sucking his balls in the "Imaginationland" trilogy. I think there's a lot of gay moments between Butters and Cartman, but most of them on Butters' part (such as Butters kissing him in "Tonsil Trouble" and refusing to let go of his hand in "Super Fun Time.")

Iv seen some ridiculous bs in my time but christ! The only references ever alluding to cartman doing or saying anything gay are, like everything in South park, jokes, jokes that are meant to increase the complexity of cartmans character but also completely take the piss. These random few jokes about cartman doing or saying anything gay are only funny because he clearly isn't and if he was and there was any doubt over that they wouldn't make sense or work as jokes. Plus he isnt even 10 for christ sake. Theres only one group that would want to say he's gay and its either because they're a fan of his and want it to be true for that reason or they dislike his beliefs and discriminatory behaviour & are therefore using as an insult (which makes it quite funny that they would do that but its also quite common for them to, maybe its some kind of societal mental conditioning or something)
