I have read the conspiracies on Wikipedia. I have also read some the book "The Walrus Was Paul" which is about the "clues" they give us in album covers and stuff. But, I have also read "Here, There and Everywhere," which is a book by Geoff Emerick, the Beatles' recording engineer. He was saying how the papers were questioning if Paul was really dead. He said, "Paul is very much alive. We are still good friends."
I'm surprised people are still going on with it now. I can see how someone who first heard the rumours in 1969 would have thought it was true (which makes it a really mean joke to play on Beatles fans), but once they heard of the "evidence" behind it, they'd have to know it wasn't real. Who dies from walking across a road in bare feet? And now it seems even more obvious - how could anyone ever find a convincing replacement for Paul, and if they did, how could said replacement not snap and either confess or go crazy after 50 years? And why would John, George, and Ringo disrespect their friend's memory by trying to cover up?
PAUL IS NOT DEAD! Every Beatles fan should know that he is dead. I mean he is 72. You can look up Paul McCartney and it does not show a date of death (Use Google). If you look up George Harrison on the other hand you will see a date of death.
