Any tips or advice for a first timer?

I'm going to WDW soon for the very first time which is my dream vacation. Does anyone have any tips or advice for this newbie? I'll be going in January and we are only getting a 3 day pass so we are only visiting MK, HS, and AK. That's all the info I have.
