I'm REALLY sick...

it started with me waking up in the morning very VERY cold.it lasted for most of the day and then i threw up.i felt a little better but then i was really hot and my head hurt.the next day i still had a headache and was EXTREMELY dizzy.i haven't been able to eat anything for the whole time.i want to know what to do.i can barely type this without falling over.
