how do you upload a icon?

I'm talking about Youtube!!! go to account from the list ,then you'll find overview page
It contains On your Icon
under the Icon
there is a small word called change ,press on it,then upload!!!!

Just edit it and click on the pic u have then get a pic that u want to have
