What video maker... do you use to put subtitle. PLEASE!! NEED HELP!!

Im having problems with subtitling my video.
So, Im gonna ask. What video maker do you use to subtitle on it?

Because i wanted to find a better why to sub a video. Using a different video maker.

So... What a better video maker?

I'm certain that you're using Windows Movie Maker? That shit is crap and it goes too slow. Use something else.
