help,please!

i go to youtube but the videos won't load.is anybody else having this problem. please,i'm a you tube addict :(

your flash player needs to be updated and make sure ur internet conection is working right or else it wont load

i go to adobe and it says that google crhome already has the flash player and that it will automatically tell me when i need to update it
