And just recently got 120 subs. but to get subscribers, just make videos. simple as that. IF you plan to have a theme and stick with only that one theme, such as batman only doing reviews on comic stuff based on movies. Not all of them batman themed, it will get boring after awhile, and loose alot of material ideas. Reach all audiences instead of your interests. If you stick with just one interest that you like, you wouldn't make the viewer happy, only yourself, and your friends. RULE #2: use sorce websites: basicaly, use as many websites as possible, and stick with only one username. use facebook, twitter, tumblr, dailybooth, vampirefreaks, gaiaonline, that guy with the glasses, blogtv, stickam, ustream, anyone of those sites will greatly increase your name, and possibly more subscribers. IF all else fails, you could use a google search to add and buy subscribers, but whats the fun in that by cheating to the top.
RULE #3: editing software, and equipment: I wouldn't recommend Windows Movie Maker, unless you have a High Quality Cam Corder to upload your videos. I recently came across this program for green screens. I'd look that up, and I plan to purchase the software, plus a green screen. Most people will tell you the genaric video editing softwares, like sony vegas, and pro star. I tried those, but felt like they were too complicated. but use what your use too.
