You're probably wondering about law enforcement and government by now, luckily Miss Bird and myself have recently worked this out, so let me explain.

The government is run the same way but with supernaturals as opposed to humans.

Law enforcement officers have been replace by Zombies as well as several other federal and civil jobs. But, this is where it gets a little complicated, i'll be using an edited version of the Vampire Knight pyramid in order to explain a little better.

Heritage Of The Wolves

Long ago there was a Native American tribe which lived in coexistence with the wolves. When the tribe was ambushed by the White Men the high priest and priestess put an ancient spell on the wolf pack, giving them higher intelligence and the ability to speak. In addition each wolf developed a power of sorts. Generation after generation the wolves retained their gifts and passed down the stories of the tribe.
