I guess the final answer would be Soo, Sun, Yul, or Hyo but to be honest all except Hyoyeon have had overall pretty moments in SNSD. I mean lets be honest here. Genie, RDR, and AMLFY was all Sooyoung, she looked amazingly beautiful. Kissing You, Paparazzi, and Chocolate Love was all Yuri, she always looked great. Visual Dreams, The Boys, and Gee was some of Sunny's glory looks. But what does Hyoyeon have? But Hyoyeon doesn't have a music video that she shined out past anyone on any level. Maybe its her lot in life to be the least pretty one in the group, but its is the truth. She either has bad hair or bad makeup

Jessica always looked pretty old for her age, but now she looks worse. she's aging badly, aswell as Yuri.
Seohyun would be my next choise, cause she was never pretty to me. but i gotta admit, she's much better now. more lady-like. she's still my least pretty, though
Hyoyeon was prettier to me, before. i love how she looks in "into the new world" but i guess i'm the only one. and i agree with Yushigirl, it was the eyebrows and the color change that made her look different. i do think Hyoyeon is exotic, but she has many bad pictures
Tiffany was also prettier before, but she still looks pretty. her face changed, but i still like it
Yuri, like i said, she looks way too old and she just has 22 years old(23 on south korea).
Sunny and Taeyeon look the same. cute for Sunny and cutesy pretty for Taeyeon

Tiffany is cute but not more than the other is aging besides using heavy makeup is not natural, taeyeon each passing day becomes more beautiful, yoona she has not changed but it is still beautiful, jessica she is becoming more beautiful with time, sunny cute cute, beautiful sexy yuri, sooyoung which is progressing in terms of beauty, seohyun cute and a natural face, hyoyeon not everyone sees that as the ugliest if she is getting more beautiful
