Do you know them in real life, if not how do you know that they are nice people...because they can smile and look pretty. Just like people can say they are really nice they can also say they are really mean....no one (unless you know them) knows. No one complains when there is a most "prettiest/nicest/" person form, why? We don't know them or what they really look like with no makeup...we only see glimpse so don't get all bent out fo shape because someone says something you don't want to hear. Calling SNSD bitches is the same as calling them goddess and angels because at the end of the day you don't know who they really are.
