lol, I actually like William. Sure he's sly, and did something horrible, but Tripp was the worst. He claimed to be in love with Serena but, after allowing her to be his mistress, deserting her in a cabin alone to meet his wife (and lied to her about it) ditched her in the car after the crash and moved her so that she took the fall for it. William did what he did for love - selfishly, but of love nonetheless (he's an Upper East Sider after all) - while Tripp just did his crap out of selfishness alone.
