The adorable 6-year-old is, of course, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' youngest and sole biological child together, although the Mission Impossible star also has two children—Isabella, 20, and Connor, 17—from his marriage to Nicole Kidman.

But according to the new issue of Star magazine, Holmes, 33, is pregnant with her second child.
