Lars will play one of the leading roles in a new European crime series called "The Team". The shooting begins at the end of October 2013 and the first TV release is planned for the beginning of 2015.

Lars will play the character Charles Augustus Magnussen in the third season of the BBC series "Sherlock". Magnussen will be there the nemesis of Sherlock Holmes (Benedict Cumberbatch).

Lars will play the character "Thor" in the new Danish thriller "Når dyrene drømmer" (When animals dream). The shooting will start in September 2013 and the cinema release is planned for summer 2014.

The shooting of a new Danish film will start on July 1, 2013. It's called "Dannys dommedag" (Danny's Doomsday).
It will be a thriller/horror movie, the main characters are two teenage brothers, and Lars plays their father.
