Anubis is a jackal headed egyption god of the underworld and his parents are nephthys and osiris. Anubis's son is called horus who was the god of the sky. Anubis had sevral jobs like the scales of anubis where he had the heart of the dead waighed agienst the feather of truth where ma'at sat on top of the scales to get an even and fair result if your heart weighed more than the feather ur soul was eaten by a demon but if it weighed less than the feather than you where able to live forever in the after life.
