Okay, so I am currently reading the latest bat book by Kenneth Oppel. DARKWING!!! It is so good that I ahve to share the greatness with you guys. It is 413 pages about bats (called chiropters in the book) that lived 65 million years ago after the dinosuars became extinct. It is all about how the world for chiropters are changing and creatures are evolving.
It centers around a chiropter named Dusk that is the first flying bat in a colony of chiropters. When felids drive the colony away and Dusk becomes an orphan, he is needed to help the colony find a new home on the Mainland.
