a lot of people hate slugs. Others ignore them. Some are scared of them. Like me.
My whole life, I have had a phobia of slugs. If I saw one that was the size of a peanut, I would freak out, and run off screaming. By joining the Slug Club, I am hoping my phobia will die down a bit. To those of you who despise/ignore/freak out at slugs, remember that they are just these pieces of slimy flesh that cannot harm you...unless they are poisonous.
A tiny slug is nothing to worry about. If you find one in the bathroom, get a cup and a card, and chuck it out the door. If you find a giant one, same again. If you find a poisonous one, stay away, and wait for it to move out.
Please stop avoiding slugs at all costs.
