Zac Efron’s girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens was in California this weekend for a Neutrogena event and was spotted heading back to Vancouver, British Columbia this afternoon to continue her work on her upcoming movie Sucker Punch.



Vanessa looked to be in a pretty good mood at LAX, giving some rare smiles to the gathered paperazzi! She looked ready for a comfortable flight in some jeans, sandals, tanktop and scarf.

Sucker Punch, which costars Jena Malone and Abbie Cornish, is about a girl who tries to escape the mental institution she was placed in by her abusive stepfather, and ultimately descends into an alternative reality. It’s slated for a 2011 release.

Zac Efron’s longtime girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens made an appearance at the Neutrogena Fresh Faces Music Event benefitting The VH1 Save The Music Foundation. The event was held at the Jim Henson Studios in Hollywood, California



Vanessa was joined by her fellow Neutrogena spokesperson Hayden Panettiere, and the two posed for pictures and mingled during the day’s events.



Vanessa has been with Neutrogena for several years, doing both print and television commercial advertising.

She’s currently spending a lot of time in Vancouver, British Columbia filming Sucker Punch, which is about a girl who tries to escape the mental institution she was placed in by her abusive stepfather, and ultimately descends into an alternative reality.
